We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Evening Customer Service Advisor to join our out-of-hours team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a first-class customer experience and resolving queries, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. This is a fully remote role, with initial training taking place at our Support Centre in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
