- Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, negotiating the best possible terms for our clients.

- Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers regarding ship dates, providing timely updates and ensuring that all parties are informed.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that all payments are made on time.
- Keep track of past-due invoices, following up with customers and vendors as necessary to ensure prompt payment.
