**The Role**
As an E-Service Chat Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand to customers and business partners. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound chat interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported. Your knowledge of our product coverage and adherence to departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures will be essential in maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers.
**Responsibilities**
* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound chat interactions, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
* Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
* Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
* Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses
* May assume other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
* Minimum Education, Licensure, and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* Minimum Experience required: 1+ years of experience preferred

+ Attention to detail
+ Multi-tasking
+ Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
* Preferred Skills:
+ Customer service experience and/or training
+ Ability to be on video call as required during working hours
