Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Forklift Safely and Efficiently: Transport items throughout the storage facility, ensuring accurate and timely movement of goods.
- Manage Package Transfer: Load and unload packages onto and off of transport trucks and trailers, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Prevent Loss or Theft: Follow established procedures to prevent loss or theft of packages, maintaining a secure and safe working environment.
- Analyze Inventory Trends: Utilize data analysis tools to identify key inventory trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize warehouse operations.
- Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance on forklifts to ensure safety and reduce repair costs, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Team: Work closely with the warehouse team to meet efficiency goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive operational excellence.

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent degree is required, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Forklift Certification: A recognized certification that demonstrates your competence as a forklift operator, ensuring you can safely and efficiently operate the equipment.
