Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Digital Campaigns Client Service Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a crucial member of our client service team, you will be responsible for leading a Digital Campaigns Client Service manager in supporting assigned sales representatives and related clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle. Your expertise in media planning, campaign execution, and leadership will be essential in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering top-level sales and partner support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Digital Campaigns Client Service manager in supporting assigned sales representatives and related clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing
- Deliver effective media plans that maximize revenue and drive client satisfaction
- Allocate team responsibilities while contributing to and assisting in campaign management
- Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including inventory forecasting, media plan creation, order entry, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and invoicing
- Ensure the Account Manager is fully trained on campaign execution and able to address all related questions
- Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests regarding inventory, ad products, or campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking
- Investigate and resolve ad delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Ad Platforms support
- Test potential ad tech vendor integrations and provide feedback on contract negotiations
Essential Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of overall experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in ad tech
- Team management experience
- Expertise in defining and advancing processes
- Highly skilled in determining, planning, trafficking, and managing ad campaigns for display and video across websites, apps, social platforms, and connected TV environments
- Proven ability in executing campaigns, creating accurate and relevant reports, and optimizing performance
- Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, technologies that power it, and key vendors in the space
- Familiarity with general data security and protection requirements connected with digital advertising
- Able to represent the organization in external meetings and events
- Media or entertainment brand experience is beneficial, as is knowledge of the processes and procedures of a global partnership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ad management systems (e.g., Google Ad Manager), ad server systems (e.g., DV360), and management of Creative Labels and Tracking to support and lead the assigned team
- Knowledge of Massive activation for digital campaigns and related requirements
