Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the database by entering new and updated customer and account information with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Procure data through observation, interviews, and analysis of records and other sources, utilizing electronic equipment as needed.
- Verify data and prepare materials for PDF printing, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following established data program techniques and procedures, and purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to share best practices and ensure that data entry processes are optimized.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- 3 years of experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent typing skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
