In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. If you're passionate about data analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration, we'd love to hear from you. **Job Summary:** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records to ensure they align with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company, identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility between systems, and monitoring records. You'll also collaborate with internal and external teams to develop effective solutions to resolve problems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity * Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company * Identify and resolve errors from multiple reports * Reconcile eligibility between systems * Monitor records and identify areas for improvement * Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop effective solutions to resolve problems * Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's systems and processes * Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders **Required Qualifications:** * 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis * Healthcare industry experience * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) * Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills * High School Diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications:** * Healthcare industry experience * Experience working with healthcare data systems and software **Education:** * High School Diploma or equivalent **Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being of our employees.
