Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images, ensuring attention to detail and efficiency.
- Identify document types based on provided guidelines, demonstrating ability to follow instructions and adapt to changes.
- Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and precision.
- Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, upholding the highest level of data security and integrity.
- Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed, fostering a spirit of teamwork and open communication.
- Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out, meeting productivity and performance expectations.
- Perform other basic office duties as assigned, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
Compensation and Schedule
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package for this role, including:
- Pay Rate: $12 per hour
- Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred
- A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, offering flexibility and work-life balance
- Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, accommodating different schedules and preferences
