We're now seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, working closely with our Digital Operations Client Services team to drive success and deliver exceptional results. As a key member of our collaborative team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales representatives and clients throughout the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing.
The Opportunity and Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist for Disney, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading data entry tasks to support the Digital Operations Client Services team in delivering successful media campaigns that maximize revenue
- Assigning tasks to team members and contributing to campaign management, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results
- Performing tasks related to campaign management, including inventory forecasting, media plan creation, order entry, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and invoicing
- Ensuring the Record Administrator is fully trained on campaign execution and able to address all related questions
- Serving as the primary point of contact for escalations on complex issues or requests related to inventory, ad products, or campaigns
- Supporting Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking and providing insights to drive business growth
- Troubleshooting ad delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Ad Platforms support to resolve problems efficiently
- Testing potential ad tech vendor integrations and providing input on contract negotiations to drive innovation and improvement
In addition to these core responsibilities, you'll also:
- Ideate, execute, review, and improve operational processes that drive quality and efficiency, ensuring best practices are implemented and maintained
- Analyze utilization and performance of digital inventory to develop strategies and initiatives that maximize revenue yield and drive business growth
- Manage, mentor, and develop talent, including training future recruits to ensure a high-performing team
- Create and update internal documentation to clarify processes and best practices, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and transfer
- Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a local center of excellence for other offices across EMEA, driving consistency and excellence across the region
- Maintain a strong understanding of TWDC's ad tech stack and strategy, and stay up-to-date on industry developments to drive innovation and improvement
The Experience We Expect From You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A graduate-level degree or comparable experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in media, advertising, or a related field
- 3+ years of overall experience in the advertising industry, either on the publisher/agency side or in ad tech, with a proven track record of success
- Team management experience, with a strong ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
- Expertise in defining and improving processes, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency
- Proficiency in planning, trafficking, and managing ad campaigns for display and video across various platforms, including sites, apps, social media, and connected TV environments
- A proven ability to activate campaigns, generate accurate and relevant insights, and optimize performance to drive business results
- A solid understanding of programmatic advertising, the technologies that power it, and key vendors in the space, with a keen eye for innovation and improvement
- Familiarity with general data security and privacy requirements related to digital advertising, ensuring compliance and best practices
- The ability to represent the company in external meetings and events, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills
- Media or entertainment brand experience is desirable, as is knowledge of the processes and procedures of a global corporation, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments
