- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, using available resources and tools.
- Scanning documents and printing files, when needed, and maintaining organized digital and physical files.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to data integrity and security policies.
- Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complying with data integrity and security policies, and ensuring proper use of office equipment.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs, including spreadsheets and online forms.
- Familiarity with administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and printing documents.
- Experience using office equipment, such as fax machines and scanners, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
