Our remote work environment offers the flexibility and autonomy you need to thrive in your role. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Data Entry Clerk or Document Specialist and Salesforce Expert at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Converting contract and pricing update information captured by the revenue realization team into data format required for entry into the system * Utilizing Salesforce to extract, format, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data * Maintaining Excel-based reports, templates, and uploading documents * Assisting in the implementation of process improvements to optimize data collection, file preparation, data validation, and data entry **Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (or a combination of an active pursuit of said degree and relevant experience) * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity * The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple data requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel **Preferred Qualifications:** * 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Familiarity with process improvement methodologies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
