**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced data entry clerk to join our team on an evening shift, Monday through Friday from 5:30pm to 2:00am. As a data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from various sources, answering phones, tracking shipments, and organizing paperwork. **Responsibilities**
As a data entry clerk at arenaflex Transportation Services, your responsibilities will include:
* Entering data from various sources, including paper, image, phone, and/or email
* Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
* Tracking shipments and monitoring delivery schedules
* Organizing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
* Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers
* Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Transportation industry experience is preferred, but not required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role
* Familiarity with transportation industry software and systems
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
