Job Overview

This exciting opportunity is part of the Compliance Group within the Human Resources/HR Division at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. Your responsibilities will include supporting the HR Compliance team and tasks, such as acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring database accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR Compliance team with various tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint freedom letters
• Maintain associations with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
• Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues
• Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
• Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance
• Collaborate with clients and teams on a regular basis
• Review completed Unique Fingerprint Applications and verify accuracy, retransmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have a strong foundation in data entry, analysis, and compliance. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and experience with the TSA Clearinghouse database.

• Advanced Access skills
• Ability to interpret large sets of data to create meaningful reports
