**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analytics Developer – Customer Experience to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and delivering technical solutions that generate data-driven insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their evolving requirements and deliver impactful and innovative solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build, automate, and refactor robust, scalable data pipelines and datasets to support business growth and customer satisfaction
* Troubleshoot complex issues throughout the data lifecycle, identify and implement effective solutions to ensure data quality and integrity
* Proactively engage with stakeholders across Customer Experience to ensure relevant and accurate delivery of business requirements
* Create new workflow processes, associated monitoring, and alerts to optimize data-driven decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs
* Provide training and guidance to team members and partners on data analytics best practices and tools
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related field
* Deep knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and data visualization
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
* 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related field
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and tools
* Experience with data storytelling and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with ability to guide and develop junior team members
