About the Role: Data Analyst for Short-Term Contract
We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in a critical data migration project. This is a remote, short-term contract position (1 month) with a competitive pay rate of $50 per hour. Key Responsibilities:

- Extract data from the current ATS system, analyze it, and cleanse it to prepare for migration to the target ATS system.

- Conduct thorough data validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated data, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Work closely with the IT team and external vendors to facilitate a smooth data transfer process, addressing technical issues as they arise.
- Troubleshoot data inconsistencies or discrepancies, implementing effective solutions to maintain data integrity.
- Perform post-migration data quality checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in the new ATS platform, providing insights for future improvements.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in data analysis and management.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with specific experience in ATS data migration projects, demonstrating your ability to handle complex data migration tasks.
