We are now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customs Brokerage Representative to join our Release Operations team on a full-time basis, working a night shift schedule.
**Job Summary:**
As a Customs Brokerage Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate clearance of import shipments, while maintaining excellent customer relationships and adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures. This is a remote position, requiring a high level of autonomy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Release, classify, and bill basic import shipments in accordance with arenaflex's procedures and regulatory requirements
* Prepare bonds for U.S. Customs for inspection and release of imports, ensuring accurate and timely processing
* Ensure accurate and timely billings, resolving any accounting issues that may arise
* Maintain a thorough understanding of Customs procedures and regulations, staying up-to-date on any changes or updates
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless processing of shipments and effective communication with customers
* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's systems and software
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills

**Requirements:**

* **Accurate Data Entry Skills:** Proficient in data entry tasks, with high accuracy and efficiency
* **Excellent Communications Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
* **Technical Skills:** Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Windows, Email, and various PC-based software programs
* **Availability:** Must be available to work a night shift schedule (11PM - 7AM, Eastern Time), including weekends

* **Night shift:** Work a night shift schedule, with a regular schedule of 11PM - 7AM, Eastern Time
* **Overnight shift:** Work an overnight shift schedule, with a regular schedule of 11PM - 7AM, Eastern Time
