Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity, based in Puerto Rico. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in addressing and resolving customer questions and issues, providing exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring seamless interactions with our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues related to existing orders, in a timely and professional manner
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders, as well as guide new customers through the process of placing new orders online
- Respond to emails and address questions and concerns from customers, internal department queries relating to orders or payment on orders, and process servers in the field, ensuring prompt and effective communication
- Document issues in Confluence, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Visit court dockets for information on case filing and occasionally pull filed papers, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to support the team
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Technology-driven, with experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, PDF Editor, and phone systems, demonstrating proficiency in a range of software applications
- Document manipulation experience, with the ability to accurately review, edit, and manage documents in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to transcribe information, review an order, investigate issues, and implement solutions, showcasing your analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality in your work
- Ability to maintain a high level of work product in often stressful situations, demonstrating resilience and composure under pressure
- Ability to anticipate issues and circumvent them, proactively identifying potential problems and developing effective solutions
- Ability to implement new processes and changes, and improve performance, embracing a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm, with strong keyboarding skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, or other customer support tools and technologies

- Experience in the legal services industry, or a related field, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
