Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via live chat or email, resolving issues and providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously learn about our app's features and the broader Shopify ecosystem to enhance your ability to support our customers
- Summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest innovative ways to improve our product, contributing to our ongoing development and growth
- Engage in non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests
Must-Have Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and resolving their problems, with a patient and empathetic approach
- Ability to handle challenging customers (though we're pleased to say these are rare) with professionalism and poise
- Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Comfort working with basic CSS and JS, and a willingness to learn more if needed
- Ability and willingness to write technical documentation and articles, contributing to our knowledge base and customer resources
- Flexibility to perform non-CS related tasks, embracing the dynamic nature of a small startup
- Availability to ensure at least a 4-hour overlap with our team's working hours (GMT+7 9am-6pm)
