About the Role: Plotting a Course for Exceptional Customer Support

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our crew. As a Shipmaster, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers and helping them navigate the world of ecommerce shipping. You'll be taught everything you need to know about shipping, so no prior knowledge is required. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a friendly and patient attitude, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who is tech-savvy, has fast and accurate typing skills, and is detail-oriented. You should be able to quickly multi-task and have epic texting abilities (iOS or Android). A friendly and patient attitude is a must, as well as the ability to work in a remote environment.

Bonus Points and Preferred Qualifications:

If you have ecommerce or small business experience, that's a plus. If you can speak like a pirate, that's even better. We also appreciate candidates who are bilingual, especially those who speak Spanish.
