**Key Responsibilities**
As an experienced customer support representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and live chat requests from our West Coast clients
* Handling customer concerns and providing timely, effective solutions that meet their needs
* Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve a high level of satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services
* Working on other service-related projects as they arise to support the growth and success of our business
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and ideas through phone, email, and live chat
* High attention to detail, with strong research and investigative skills to resolve complex issues
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment
* U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status, as we're unable to sponsor visas at this time
* Experience with Mac Operating systems, internet services, browser functions, and basic software applications
* SaaS experience is a plus, but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
