The blithequark Services team, headquartered in Milpitas, CA, is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance work on blithequark inspection and metrology tools at customer sites. Your goal will be to maintain tools in good shape to achieve uptime, mean time to repair (MTTR), and mean time between failures (MTBF) targets. You will also perform tool pre-installation work, including site preparation and post-installation hand-off, as well as software and hardware retrofit/upgrade and tool relocation/installation on occasion.
