As a Customer Support Billing Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting authors with payment-related inquiries, billing issues, and account resolutions to ensure a smooth financial experience. You will be the primary point of contact for authors with financial concerns, providing clear, service-oriented communication and resolving issues efficiently. This role involves managing overdue payments, assisting with payment processing, and working cross-functionally with our Finance and Customer Experience teams to track and resolve cases using CRM and billing systems.
