As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be part of a fun and laid-back environment that values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Position Description** We're seeking At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls * Handling appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting * Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients' customers * Working with a variety of clients and products, including some of the most recognized companies in their industries * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets **Wage and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $10.00 per hour ($7.25 per hour during training) * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Remote work and training options * Medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life, and AD&D benefits for full-time employees after 90-day probationary period * 401(k) plan for full-time employees after 90-day probationary period * PTO for full-time employees after 6 months of employment **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Support Associate, you'll need: * High school diploma or GED * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome * Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment * Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements: + Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better) + Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher + RAM: 8GB or more * Webcam * High-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10 * A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk * Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST) **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service or call center experience * Product knowledge or experience in a related field * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To succeed as a Customer Support Associate, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to new products, processes, and technologies * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
