About the Role
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the successful achievement of customer service KPIs, including call time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Handle high call volume, including inbound, outbound, email, and chat support, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Help improve our customer service by providing feedback on recurring customer issues and suggesting solutions to further enhance our service
- Develop individualized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer, demonstrating a deep understanding of their requirements and concerns
- Act as a liaison between customers, partners, and sales consultants, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Communicate with the team to ensure a smooth experience for our customers, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication
- Provide knowledge and in-depth advice on hearing loss, demonstrating a strong understanding of the subject matter and a commitment to helping others
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Inbound/outbound call experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- A self-starter spirit, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A team player attitude, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication

- Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays
