**You're the Perfect Fit if You Have:**
* Ability to cover the PDT zone (9 AM to 5 PM) from Monday to Friday, ensuring seamless communication with US-based clients.
* English proficiency at C2 level or equivalent, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
* At least 2 years of previous professional experience in a SaaS customer success role, with a proven track record of driving growth and adoption.
* Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships, fostering trust and loyalty with clients.
* Great understanding of how to use and teach others to use our software, empowering clients to get the most out of our platform.
* Experience with customer success or sales tools (Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero, Salesforce, Hubspot), streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
* A good understanding of industry-standard KPIs (churn rate, retention rate, net dollar retention), making data-driven decisions to drive growth.
