**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ground activities, including customer service, baggage handling, and aircraft maintenance. You'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, activities specialists, and skycaps, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your expertise will be essential in driving results, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Effectively coordinate with various departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, employee morale, and customer satisfaction
* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Manage daily airport operations to create a safe, secure, and compliant work environment, meeting or exceeding performance objectives through effective decision-making
* Allocate and monitor staff for training consistency, ensuring that all employees are equipped to provide exceptional customer service
* Coordinate effectively with all departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, reporting notices to leaders and employees regularly
* Drive performance processes by identifying functional circumstances that may impact operations, tracking and achieving results against key metrics, and holding individuals accountable for results
* Work with staff to develop offers that align with divisional hourly objectives
* Perform managerial duties daily, including shift scheduling, closing offers, daily work tasks, daily finance, and participation reports, monitoring staffing in all areas and confirming that overtime is used appropriately
* Ensure proper management of work agreements or arrangements, emphasizing minimal work questions
* May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related field
* Proven track record of driving results, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address performance and safety concerns
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong knowledge of customer service standards and processes, including customer needs assessment, quality standards for services, and customer satisfaction evaluation
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, customer service)
* 5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Certification in customer service, operations, or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Operations Manager)
* Strong knowledge of business and management principles, including key performance indicators, resource allocation, and human resources management
