About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in a national remote capacity. As a supervisor, you will have the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. and will be responsible for managing a team of at least 30 direct reports. Your focus will be on driving team performance, providing leadership support for new initiatives and deployments, and actively engaging in team growth and development. You will be expected to attend 1 on 1 meetings with your direct reports, manage daily productivity, and assist with projects as needed.
