**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences through face-to-face, email, or telephone interactions. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed expectations. **Responsibilities**
* Handle customer service interactions through face-to-face, email, or telephone communications
* May work in either food or facilities operation
* May be required to record and document various client interactions for management follow-up
* Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
* Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
