Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with a proactive sales approach, leveraging every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, customer account and billing processes, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service.

- Process and coordinate Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities with precision and efficiency.
