In this role, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include responding to a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history and notes, and communicating statuses to customers. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7AM-7PM, with no weekends, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a professional and courteous manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a strong multitasker, and have a drive to solve problems and meet goals. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office tools and have experience in customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. As a remote worker, you will need to have excellent internet connectivity, a productive and quiet workspace, and a smartphone to download our company app for communication.
