**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative in our PBM division, you will play a critical role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. With a comprehensive training program and a supportive team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on others while working in a fun and fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Take inbound calls and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
* Provide solutions to help members better understand their coverage and options
* Offer empathetic and personalized service to resolve member inquiries on the first call
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
**Essential Qualifications**
* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
* Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Ability to maintain a secure work space free from distractions and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
* Reliable internet connection with approved speed requirements
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field
* 6 months of work-from-home experience
* Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) a plus
