**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting directly with patients to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and promote our services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients
* Conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, working closely with patients and the Specialty Projects Team
* Perform numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
* Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information
* Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education
* Resolve patient and customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to a pharmacist as needed
* Provide routine assessment and problem identification, with a focus on delivering personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each patient
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
* 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
* Must reside in the state of Nevada
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
* Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements
