**Job Summary**
We're seeking optimistic, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional service, support, and care to our members, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns
* Resolving member concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
* Documenting all interactions with members, ensuring that accurate and complete information is recorded in our systems
* Ensuring that all company procedures are followed, including those related to data entry, customer service, and quality assurance
* Multitasking effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their benefits and options
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to our members
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* A high school graduate or general education degree (GED)
* 0-2 years of related experience, with a minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience
* Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 35wpm or more
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
* Ability to work independently under general supervision, with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work overtime as required, with a flexible schedule that includes Monday-Friday, Wednesday-Saturday, or Sunday-Wednesday shifts
* High-speed internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload, with the ability to directly hardwire to your modem and provide proof of a speed test
* A dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides privacy to review company-sensitive documents securely
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance-related industry
* Knowledge of healthcare services and insurance coverage
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
