**What Will I Be Doing?**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve:
* **Answering Phones, Emails, and Live Chat**: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly manner.
* **Identifying and Escalating Priority Issues**: Use your problem-solving skills to identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management.
* **Following Up on Complicated Customer Interactions**: Ensure that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
* **Recording Details of Customer Interactions**: Accurately record details of customer interactions, using your excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* **Developing Rapport with Customers**: Build strong relationships with customers, using your upbeat and positive attitude to make their experience exceptional.

**What Qualifications Do I Need?**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
* **1 Year of Customer Service-Related Experience**: While not essential, we prefer candidates with experience in customer service or a related field.
* **1 Year of Call Center Experience**: If you have experience working in a call center, you'll be at an advantage in this role.
* **Basic Knowledge of Computers**: You'll need to be proficient in using computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs.
* **Excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling**: You'll need to have excellent written communication skills to record details of customer interactions accurately.
* **Residency in One of the Following States**: You'll need to live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
