**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You will work with our cutting-edge systems and technologies, and have access to a dedicated team of leaders and peers who will support you every step of the way. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a high-energy environment
* Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer issues
* Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve common goals
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills
**What We Offer**
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
* 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

* High school diploma or equivalent
