You will work remotely to provide a distraction-free work environment and offer additional products to customers on each interaction. Your role will involve: * Handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries * Providing a personalized experience for each caller * Confirmed refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data * Working with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders * Navigating multiple systems and screens while assisting customers * Troubleshooting own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed) * Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours **Who We Are** arenaflex offers expertise and corporate support across the four arenaflex Brands. These include: * Self-provided Computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old * Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset) * High-speed internet connection.
