**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, friendly, and efficient
* Registering customer purchases on assigned cash registers, collecting coins, and distributing change as needed
* Recommending products to customers and promoting trade-up and/or associate products
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters and cabinets
* Implementing company asset protection methods to prevent and reduce losses
* Ensuring compliance with national and local laws regarding regulated products
* Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and high-quality structures
* Assisting with the separation of food products and product placement as required
* Providing customer service in the photo area, including the virtual passport photo service, poster print, and innovative machine
* Assisting with outside and indoor renovations by maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly store environment
* Complying with all company regulations and methods, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
* Completing unique assignments and other duties as assigned
**Customer Experience**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be expected to:
* Engage customers and patients by greeting them and providing assistance with merchandise and services
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience

**Operations**

* Recommending products to customers and promoting trade-up and/or associate products

**Basic Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
* Previous work experience with arenaflex
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

**Compensation & Benefits**
