Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing referrals to providers and agencies, and utilizing computer databases to verify Medicaid eligibility. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that offers flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the United States. You will be required to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST, Sunday - Saturday (October - March), and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday (April - September), with occasional overtime as needed.
