**Key Responsibilities:**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Providing Top-Notch Service to Every Customer**: Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for team members who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.
* **Cross-Selling and Promoting Products**: We're not just a convenience store – we're a retailer that offers a wide range of products and services. Our team members are expected to cross-sell items to complement the customer's purchase and highlight current marketing promotions.
* **Maintaining a Clean Store**: We take pride in our stores and want to ensure that they're always clean and well-maintained. Our team members are responsible for taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping, as well as stocking shelves and coolers and assisting with receiving deliveries.
* **Receiving and Processing Deliveries**: We receive a wide range of deliveries every day, from fresh produce to packaged goods. Our team members are responsible for receiving and processing these deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **A Can-Do Attitude and Customer Service-Driven Personality**: We're looking for team members who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.
* **6 Months to 1-Year Prior Customer Service Experience**: While prior customer service experience is not required, it's highly desirable. Cash handling experience is also a plus!
* **The Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule**: We're a 24/7 operation, and our team members are expected to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
* **A Results-Driven Individual Who Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment**: We're a dynamic and fast-paced organization, and our team members need to be able to keep up. We're looking for individuals who are results-driven and can thrive in a high-energy environment.
* **The Ability to Successfully Complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates**: We're committed to ensuring that our team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. We provide comprehensive training and certification programs to support our team members' growth and development.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* **Prior Experience in a Retail or Customer Service Environment**: We're looking for team members who have experience working in a retail or customer service environment. This will give you a head start in terms of understanding our operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* **Knowledge of Point-of-Sale Systems and Inventory Management**: We use a variety of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software to manage our operations. While not required, prior experience with these systems is highly desirable.
* **Bilingual or Multilingual Skills**: We're a diverse organization, and we're looking for team members who can communicate effectively with customers from a variety of backgrounds. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
