Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center team in our Murray Operations division. As the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, resolving patient questions and concerns, and ensuring timely fulfillment of product orders. Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, as well as one to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment. Experience in the medical field and administrative record management is highly preferred, as is a strong customer service background. You will also need to demonstrate effective communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to interpret a variety of instructions in different communication mediums.
