**Responsibilities:**
As a Seasonal Full-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding product and delivery information
* Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions, and placing orders for customers
* Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using established arenaflex guidelines
* Checking inventory, processing returns, issuing replacements, and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
* Performing other duties as assigned by management

* A "Unified Communications" type headset
* A "Gaming" headset, if it meets the requirements
* A Plantronics Blackwire 3210/3220, Jabra Evolve 20 UC, or other recommended headsets for best results
* A wired external mouse and keyboard
* A display/monitor with a minimum optimal screen resolution of 1920x1080
