Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative at arenaflex serves as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, responsible for managing all aspects of account management, sales activities, and order management. Key Responsibilities

- Account Management: Manage all customer interactions, including incoming calls, emails, and chat requests, to resolve issues, provide information, and identify sales opportunities.
- Order Management: Configure components to identify or clarify customer solutions, complete outbound calls and emails to customers, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Sales and Negotiation: Recognize and route proactive sales opportunities to management, probe for add-on/solution selling opportunities, and advise customers on product options and solutions.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year's previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.
