**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to every customer who walks through our doors.
* **Cross-Selling and Promotions**: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell items to complement the customer's purchase and highlight current marketing promotions.
* **Maintaining a Clean Store**: You'll assist in maintaining a clean store environment, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
* **Stocking Shelves and Coolers**: You'll be responsible for stocking shelves and coolers and assisting with receiving deliveries to the store.
**Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **A Can-Do Attitude and Customer Service-Driven Personality**: You'll be a natural people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* **Prior Customer Service Experience**: You'll have at least 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience, with cash handling experience a plus.
* **Flexibility and Adaptability**: You'll be able to work a flexible schedule and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

* **Certification and Training**: You'll be required to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
