**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet customers, run the register, and provide excellent customer care in a fast-paced retail environment
* Make purchase suggestions and work with our food program to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for store appearance
* Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring seamless customer service and sales support
* Interact with customers daily, building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty
* Work collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Contribute to a positive store environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ years of retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales skills
* Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Retail and sales associate experience, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and sales strategies
* Cashiering experience, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales skills
* Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
* Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Physical Requirements**
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, with occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
