Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working remotely from anywhere in the US. Key Responsibilities

- Document and track contacts with members, providers, or any additional callers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless follow-up.
- Complete outbound calls to members or providers to provide education and/or assist with escalations, showcasing empathy, compassion, and a member-centric approach.
- Provide end-to-end accountability for the member or provider, anticipating needs and providing information to answer unasked questions, and guiding members through their plan benefits, policy, and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications

- 1-2 years of previous call center experience, with a proven track record of handling calls efficiently and providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Compensation and Benefits
