About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Complete our industry-leading training program to equip yourself with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls from clients and potential clients who request products and services, with the goal of setting appointments and driving sales
- Utilize the Zoom platform to educate clients and potential clients about our life and supplemental health insurance products, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Assist clients and potential clients in completing electronic applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
- Attend team training sessions twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and company updates
Essential Qualifications
