**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
* Utilize product knowledge to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with customer service software and systems, such as CRM platforms
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Experience in a remote work environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field
