Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.
- Remote Work Experience: Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
- Resilient Personality: Resilient personality with the ability to handle difficult customers and high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Associate's Degree or Equivalent: Associate's degree or equivalent education.
