About the Role: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Review customer history as necessary to provide context and ensure seamless support
- Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in every interaction
- Help customers change travel plans, providing alternatives and solutions to meet their needs
- Provide or confirm customers' travel itinerary, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Process refunds and resolve travel issues, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach
- Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary, building relationships and resolving issues
- Document information and outcomes as necessary, maintaining accurate records and ensuring continuity

To succeed in this role, you'll need prior customer service experience, strong geographical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred, but not required.
