About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to be the first line of defense for our customers. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space, while being an integral part of our team. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, and you will report to our experienced Customer Service Manager. Although we are located in the heart of downtown Tampa, FL, this role offers the convenience of working remotely.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. You will be assigned a daily quota of emails to respond to, and you will also take phone calls and engage in live chats to address customer concerns.
